Bullard Consulting specializes in the education, training, and instrumented learning of people that work or compete in high risk endeavors. We believe that organizational culture can be managed as straightforwardly as output and we have built a collaborative reputation with an impressive list of competitive teams, governmental clients, and multi-national businesses for the purpose of managing their organizational culture toward greater safety, quality, and efficiency.
The goal of our education and training, no matter what the subject, is to change the beliefs and the behavior of the student. The two things work together, behavior and beliefs. Behavior is based on our belief systems and will not change until there is a change in beliefs. The most significant change of beliefs happens as a result of a personal experience. When the experience is strong enough to cause us to change beliefs, we refer to the experience as a Significant Emotional Event (SEE). It is during one of these SEE events that the environment is ripe for change. The participation and involvement associated with our experiential design provides opportunities for the SEE events.
There can be no knowledge without emotion. We may be aware of a truth, yet until we have felt its force, it is not ours. To the cognition of the brain must be added the experience of the soul.
