Bullard Consulting practices Objective Based Education
(OBE) designed and developed via fit for purpose design models. Potentially unique to our design, is the inclusion of “Affective” and “Interpersonal” learning objectives with the traditional “cognitive” and “psychomotor” objectives.
People learn best when they are both physically and mentally involved in the process. “The one that does the work does the learning.”
Hence, all courses and events are built to accommodate participant involvement through experiential methodologies.
Leadership Training
We design and develop our leadership courses on the tenets that employees at all levels have become less responsive to traditional directive, uncommunicative, and sometimes punitive leadership and that the coercive, directive approach to people management is labor intensive for the manager and rarely delivers 100% effort from team members.
Team Member Training
Team member training is built for purpose dependant on many variables including where the organization lies on the “Cultural Ladder.” We typically use indoor, team oriented strategies for initial cultural assessment, benchmarking, and foundational establishment.
Outdoor and Adventure Events
Most commonly the outdoor or adventure venues are used for, but not limited to, more culturally mature organizations with a fairly well established “Code of Behavior” or “Guiding Principles” that perhaps would benefit from some values reinforcement or opportunity to explore diversity.

With experience derived from more than 30 million people having used these high-quality learning instruments to explore building stronger relationships in over 40 countries, Bullard Consulting provides the consulting expertise to help organizations get the most from their instrumented results. Most instruments can be electronically self administered as a course prerequisite, preserving and maximizing the valuable face to face participant interaction time. You would be hard pressed to find anyone with more experience helping clients get the most of their instruments whether it be DiSC® Classic 2.0, the Personal Preference instrument of choice, or Group Culture Reports of any number of members, or even the use of the Bullard Consulting certification for INDRA In-Depth Relationship Assessment Tool.
- Bullard Consulting is an authorized consultant for the Gregorc Style Delineator. This instrument, developed by Dr. Anthony Gregorc, has consistently tested high in reliability and validity with applications to learning styles, leadership, teamwork, and relationships.
Meeting Facilitation and Strategic Planning
Bullard Consulting is a certified provider of the “Strategy Matrix” strategic exploration program. A software enabled tool that implements the strategic exploration thinking process to help individuals and organizations “find the future faster.”
